I called paypal this am about adding abank account. I gavethem all the info and then the person became rude and hung up on me. Now I feel my info was stolen. I caed back and was told by a supervisor that the person I spoke to works for an outsourced company and paypal has no way of knowing who these people are.
Has any one else experienced this and how do I know if my info was stolen by this person?

Pypal outsources a lot of their help functions, usually to the Phillipines. It's a common practice.
Your bank information is available to everyone you ever sent a check to, so I wouldn't worry about one more person having the info.
