How can I check to see if an email is in fact a true user of paypal so I'm not getting taken... for instance this man has an email and wants to "send me 500.00" for a laptop due to his kid is out of state... but this is the first time I've had the person say go ahead and look it up... HELP!

Totally! They changed it because before I was able to see if an email was associated to a member and if they were verified. How do we do this now? Even when I get a money request, it doesnt say if the requester is even reputable.
