PayPal says they took money took out of my account

PayPal says they charged me $1.25 or something for my card registration process on Nov 22; my bank account balance does not reflect this neither online or received by mail. I'm worried, what can I do??? They charged me or didn't they???

Hi,

I think they charge your credit card and then put the money back in after you verify the code. Its been a while since I did it but I am almost positive that, that is how it works,
