Hi. I am in the process of trying to purchase some goods from a seller. He asked me "what is your paypal account?". I replied that I didn't understand what he meant. He replied "i mean you can tell me your paypal account. then i can send the paypal invoice to you" I'm not sure what he wants. Everytime I've ever used my paypal account it was on a site that gave me the option to pay with paypal, credit etc. What exactly does he need to bill my paypal and is this legit?
