I just received an email as following :
Dear Customer,
We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.
We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.
What's the problem?
We need a little bit more information about you to help confirm your
identity.
Case ID Number: PP-001-487-280-335
How you can help
It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.
To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Center.
Sincerely,
PayPal

Welcome to the boards!
Hello! I've edited your post because it contained a link to an outside site. For everyone's safety, please don't post links or code from suspected phishing emails.
If this email addressed you as "Customer," then it is definitely a fake. PayPal will always address our account holders by their name as it is registered on the account.
You can also see if there truly are any issues on your account at anytime by going directly to the PayPal website (don't use links in an email) and logging in there. If there is an issue with your account, you'll be notified after logging in and it will also be viewable in the Resolution Center.
Anytime you receive a suspected spoof or spam email, feel free to forward it to our specialists at spoof@paypal.com. There's also a great browser plug in to help filter them out: www.iconix.com/paypal. Check it out!
Thanks!
Adrian

A full list of supported systems and programs is available by clicking on the "Download for Free" link on the Iconix website. The download doesn't automatically begin, so you'll have a chance to review whether or not your system and tools are supported. If it isn't, Iconix offers a registration process that will notify you when your system is supported.
Thanks!
Adrian

Hi,
I received a similar spoof email asking for identity info - so I looked on the Paypal site which advised me to fwd the email to Paypal (which I did) and it recommended I install Iconix which I also did.
I think Iconix sounds like a great idea and product - but unfortunately the icons are not appearing in my email system even after 24 hours.
Can anyone offer me any simple tips (I am not at all technical) to get the icons to show - I am using Mzilla Firefox latest version.
With thanks in advance and hoping for assistance/advice 🐵
