I should have known and NOT given out my paypal address, but now the buyer is wanting to pay me and send a shipping company to pick up the article. I have read NOT to do this, as they will then state to Paypal that they didn't authorize payment, meanwhile they get my free goods.
How do I block someone from trying to pay my paypal account? I have told them the sale is off. ONLY CASH IN HANDS, but they are insistant on paying me and sending a shipping company.
