Scammed me, and understandably I should have researched them before I bought...there is a freaking wealth of information on how much they scam people out there, but its Paypals fault for..I dunno, allowing them to conduct business here? It's bull, I know its been said you arent the "bbb" but you have to have some freaking sort of self regulation in that department? I didnt even get to the "transaction" part of this because when the lady in the chat room for goldicq asked me for FREAKING COPIES of my license and credit card...I exited the chatroom and instantly filed for a refund on paypal, im waiting for it to escalate but I dont think I should have to wait that freaking long..its no doubt they will not get back to me at all..Give me a hand?

Follow the process - it's not going to change just because you want it to and all you're doing is stressing yourself out.

Process was/is being followed, thats the basis of my post?? That its bs that I have to wait now, because these **bleep** are allowed to conduct business (still) even after several people have clamored up about them is my point, I dont need/want condolence, action is better.

Well, Paypal isn't the police, so there's a limited amount they can do.

And this type of scam is so prevalent that the regular authorities are swamped.

Still, you can report them to www.ic3.gov  if you want - that's the online site for the FBI's online fraud unit.  The problem with that is, if Goldicq is registered on a non-US site, it's out of the FBI's jurisdiction.

It's not as easy as "go get 'em".
