Could I be scammed?

I put up a purse on Philadelphia Craiglist. A buyer from CA offered me full money and said she would pay via paypal.  If I ship to the address on paypal, send it priority with insurance and confrimation, could I still be out of money?

Yes you still could be out money or scammed.  Best advice DO NOT use Paypal for Cragslist transactions.
