I just ordered yesterday under angela-shoes.com Within minutes, I realized that something didn't feel right.
I immediately contacted seller using the email address with the account. Interestingly enough, site states that you have to cancel right away, but lo and behold the send button (submit action for php form) doesn't do anything.
within the same fifteen minutes, I immediately opened a paypal dispute.
I will obviously close my paypal account if I have to go through all of the hoops y'all have gone through.... but I am also going to investigate a class action suit.
I understand the concept of "Buyer beware", but it Paypal is not acting in good faith by not responding to known scammers, I think that is a serious breach in consumer trust.
