Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with these people:  http://www.angelaonlinemall.com/

 

I lost $81.00 on a purchase.  They sent me a mousepad instead of the items I ordered.

I ordered Ugg shoes from this company and also received a mousepad, which I had to sign for.  I filed a dispute with PayPal and was told to return the item and provide a tracking number.  It cost $15.01 to return the worthless mousepad.  There are many other complaints about fraudulent sales from angelaonlinemall on the internet.  I wish I had found them before I ordered.

I ordered from www.angela-shoes.com Same owner! Same FRAUDE!

 

I also received the mousepad and i was so scary, that I ordered the doorguy that put it away and doensn´t touch it.

 I receive a response from paypal... CASE CLOSED... because I told them after 45 days... exactly 48 days.

 

And now I wanna know, HOW does PAYPAL work? Why PAYPAL doens´t do anything for closing or not working with these FRAUDE WEB PAGES. I have read a lot, and a lot of people have the same problem with angela shoes, angela mall, and SHOES MALL BABA....

 

PAY PAL are you there? Or who do we have to CONTACT to investigate not just those pages, ..and PAYPAL too?

I also was cheated by http://www.angelaonlinemall.com. I live in the Netherlands and I bought Reebok shoes from €33.98 returning the mousepad that I received to China would have cost me €25.98 so I sended it with normal post €2.54. Untill today paypal hasn't send me any money back. After faxing the proof that I send it back they still need other faxes. Now they want me to go to the police and send them a copy of the report, the problem is they gave me a whole 3 days to do it and I need to work on two of those and the other day is Sunday so this fraud http://www.angelaonlinemall.com wil probable just get my money and that m*therf*cker has that stupid mousepad back as well.

Paypal did resolve my dispute with AngelaOnlineMall in my favor, after I supplied all of the documentation they requested.  I got a refund for the purchase amount, but not the $15.01 postage to return the mousepad to China.  I will definitely be more careful in selecting merchants in the future.

Update: I just received back the mousepad that PayPal insisted I return to angelaonlinemall, in China..  It is marked "Unknown Address".  Seems that even the address is fraudulent.

I was also scammed by Mallbabashoes in June 2011. After a little research online  I believe they are operating under the new name of Angela shoes.

And PAYPAL still represent them. How is this possible?

People are receiving mousepads from a online shoe company doesn't that ring some bells !!!

In my case I received a small bag all Chinese writing with mousepad as listed contents, inside was a plastic reusable shopping bag !!!

My credit card company were great and instantly refunded the money, my claim is still open with PayPal & in the charge back stage waiting for response from the company. Should be interesting !!

Once upon a time I thought PayPal was the most secure way to shop online .How wrong I was.

Looking forward to closing my PayPal account when this is through the banks are so much more HELPFUL.

I still have my original order form for a pair of men's boots & a lot more on the company.

IS SOMEONE IN THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT OF PAYPAL INVESTIGATING THIS INTERNATIONAL SCAM ?? COMPLAINTS ON THEM ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET !!! I would gladly assist.

Do we have a class action law suit if enough people come forward ??

Can we sue PayPal ???

I placed an order on the internet on August 26, 2011 for three women’s “Life is good” Crusher Tee Shirts from http://www.clothing-angel.com. I paid for my order through PayPal.

 

After I had placed the order I found some disturbing news on https://www.paypal-community.com.  Others had written about their experience with http://www.clothing-angel.com.  This company also goes under the name, http://www.angelaonlinemall.com, which was formerly “Mallbabashoes”, and “Angela Shoes”.  PayPal listed the charge on my credit card as “SHOESANGELA”, even though they show they sent payment to “shengweii li”.  

 

Instead of receiving the items they ordered, customers received a mouse pad or a plastic reusable shopping bag. They were told by PayPal to return these items at their own expense to “angelaonlinemall” inChina. The package came back to them marked “UNKNOWN ADDRESS”. It seems that even the address is fraudulent.

 

After seeing all these comments, my husband contacted our credit card company, American Express, and opened a dispute. We were told to take the $33.00 charge off of our next statement and American Express would contact PayPal and it would take 4-6 weeks to settle the claim.

 

On September 12, 2011, 17 days after we placed the order, a plastic envelope came in the mail. Upon opening the envelope, we found a plastic reusable shopping bag! My husband immediately called PayPal and talked to someone in the Dispute department and was told they were checking into this company.

 

PayPal has known about the fraudulent activity of this company since February, 2011. I am appalled by their behavior. Is anyone in the Fraud Department of PayPal investigating this international scam? Complaints are all over the internet.

The same thing happened to me!  I believe that this merchant keeps changing their website name (www.clothing-angel.com)    and email address so that they don't get caught.  PayPal just closed my case in THEIR favor.  This is such a joke!  I'm so disappointed from PayPal.  They don't care because they are making a profit.  It disgusts me!  I have read about so many people being scammed by this company and their website is still up and running ripping off more people!!  I filed a complaint at www.scambook.com.  I also told my credit card company everything and they are investigating.  I have saved all my evidence of correspondence, order info, picutes of what was sent, etc.  I will not be paying to send that resusable  bag  back to China - that's for sure!  Please.... I encorage you all to file a compaint with the Federal Trade Comission Bureau of Consumer Protection at http://www.ftc.gov/.  Let's get these scammers out of business!
