literally as the title says.Paypal should get their act together and truly find out about empowr.com and the scam it is and how it is conning people out of hundreds and thousands of pounds and dollars all over the world in the promise that you will make money when really a select few are only making money. Paypal needs to take empowr.com to the SEC and the courts and get this massive scam closed down!
