Tried to confirm the card, got charged the fee for the confirmation code, but... No transaction or anything showed up. Had to hit the remove card option. So now I'm down the fee, with no way to use the card on paypal, and it won't let me use the card outright for what I'm trying to buy. Edit: I believe I used the wrong option, however this still means I've been charged a fee for nothing... Is there anyone I can contact to get that fee back?
