Someone help please

Hello all,

This is my first time here and I made a purchase for $224.00 through paypal and it is showing as $226.24 on my bank account.  This payment was made to Hong Kong and I am in the US, so I was wondering why I was charged an extra $2.24 (0.10%)?  I looked at the fees and it said it should be 0.5% fee to HK.  I know its only a matter of a couple dollars but I just want to make sure it is the right transaction.  If anyone has any idea why this would be, I would gladly appreciate the help.
