I see conflicting info on fees associated with receiving money. When sending money that is NOT for goods or services it appears that there are no fees to receive the money if it is transfered from PP to a bank account. Is this correct?
I sent money to a relative that is posted in PP as a "payment". It is not a payment, it is a gift. I'm concerned that because I selected "Other" rather than "gift", the receiver will have fees.
Please advise.
