My clients are having problems paying with their American Express, there is no way they can actually pay me using their American Express using Paypal?
Is this going to be a permanent problem? because if it is gonna be, they should take away American Express from their advertisements and let us know that Paypal no longer accept American Express
Agree! My customers are having the same problem. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with PayPal only to find out the only way for PayPal to find out what the problem is is for me to have the customer spend time with them over the phone in a troubleshooting session. Not going to happen and not good for business...
