I received $649.00 as payment for an eBay auction. I was charged $32.50, which is over 5%! This is much more than the stated 2.9% + 50 cents. I used to use micro-payments, but I changed it back years ago. Seems like I'm still being charged that rate.
How do I dispute this?

When you sign up for micro payments they charge you 5 cent transaction fee plus 5% fot all your transactions. So you lose money if the transaction is $13 or more. You should have two paypal accounts one for small transactions and one for large transactions.
