Double-charged for fees

I downloaded my history for the last few months and noticed that on transactions where I had to go into my account and accept money from a customer, I was charged twice for the transaction fees, once when the sale was made, and again when I claimed the money. This has happened twice. Does anyone know if this is standard procedure now or how I can get it fixed, if it isn't? Thanks!

What information are you seeing which makes you think you were charged twice?

Suggestion... login to your PayPal account, click on the "History" tab, enter the applicable date range and then click on the "All activity (with balance)" option to look at your account activity. The "with balance" view will show (in the right hand column) your PayPal account balance after each transaction and should make it very easy to see how much was charged as the payment receiving fee.

Thanks. I didn't think to look at the balance to confirm. It doesn't help in the way the history downloads that the balance is several columns away from the fees.
