My account says I should pay 2.9% plus a $0.30 transaction fee. I'm no math wizz, but 3% of $750 is $22.50. Add 30 cents to that it I come up with $22.80, not $29.55.
Just checked another transaction. My customer paid me $440 and I was charged $17.46 for it. Let's see...round up to 3% and 3% of $440 is $13.20. Add another 30 cents and that doesn't add up anywhere near $17.46. I'm afraid to go back to all the transactions that I've accepted over the last year.
Anyone have any ideas for me??

Hi POSC,
Welcome!
It looks like you may have received payment from another country. International payments are assessed a 1% cross border fee.
For a payment of $750 here is how the fee would be calculated:
750 x 2.9% = 21.75
750 x 1% = 7.50
21.75 + 7.50 = 29.25
29.25 + .30 = 29.55

Thank you too. Your reply also answer my question. The math does add up when 1% is added.
