I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED trying to find/get the answer(s) to my questions. Have been on Paypal's pages, have e-mailed twice and been on the phone once. I am getting so much conflicting information it is ridiculous. It shouldn't be this hard.
I currently have a Premier account as I sell on eBay. According to Paypal's Account Types page, it says: "PayPal allows members to have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account." Okay . . . since I have a Premier account, I understand this as I can only open a Personal account as a second account.
I am going to need to do some fundraising to raise money for my daughter's surgery that insurance won't cover. I want to keep this separate from my eBay money so I don't know what the best way to do this is. It appears that if I open a Personal account for this that what you can do with this account is very limited. Can I even use the Paypal donation button with this account? I am going to want to have a Facebook page and also a website. Can I just use my Premier account, but be able to keep the money separate from my eBay money?
Someone please let me know what the easiest and best thing to do is. I need to get started with this.
