Donations in memory/honor of

We have a donate button  through our website. If someone wants to make a donation in memory or in honor of someone, how can we ask for the information so that we can notify the honoree or the family of the deceased

Under Step 3 of the Create Donation Button process there is a check for allowing donors to leave special instructions. Check this and you can title the "special instructions" as you like, like "leave a message for the _ family."

We did it at our site.
