unlawful reverse charge

Hi guys, I think I've nailed an argument regarding an unfair charge against me. However, now PayPal start to ignore me or push things around. They reversed a personal payment to the buyer which went against their own terms and conditions - buyer can not open a dispute if the transaction made in person. Now the debt collecting centre keeps harassing me for paying up the negative balance. I simply refused to do so as I have all the rights and evidences with me. The only frustrating thing is that no one from PayPal is standing up to it now and call centre pushes me to make a complaint via email, email replied by people who didn't even know what my case is. PayPal Facebook staffs know my case, however, they realised that they lost the debate and staying in silent. What should I do now? How could PayPal as such a big company behave like this? It is unacceptable!
Any advice will be greatly appreicated guys!
Thanks

hi, thanks for the reply and advice. I have contacted consumer line in UK and they told me that I need to find the arguement first and call back. Hence, I went through all the terms and conditions within this dispute personal transaction, and found the sender is not elidgable to open the claim. Then called back to consumer line, and they told me to speak to PayPal about this. So basically they were not helpful at all. My question is - are those orgnizations you pointed out have the rights and power to actually help me settling the case in a lawful and fair way other than just TALK to me? I found that its ridiculous how PayPal is behaving right now!
Thank you

They didn't try to meet their goal to learn about the address your concerns... The only arguement I had that closest to this issue was with PayPal support called Dian and Conor, however, since last Friday they have stopped responding to me on my arguement which based on PayPal's contract terms. If they cannot provide a valid explaination or arguement, they will need to keep the case not just letting the call centre to haras me to pay. It is very unprofessional way of PayPal. I am losing my faith with them now.
Thanks
