tracking on a returned item says delivered but no update on case

I have a dispute open and I checked the tracking i provided which says delivered on the package i sent back to the seller. still waiting for paypal to respond though. why do these things always take so long?

Guess cus they are dealing with millions of customers. Try contacting the tax office, believe me far worse
I would contact them and see if you can get the money sooner >>>
Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
