hi i have had a case opened against me through paypal as a item significantly not a described the item was damaged in transit (which is hard to believe with all the packaging i used) the seller is claiming the money back but does not want to return the item will paypal ive a refund if they do not return the item thanks

Normally paypal will expect the buyer to return the item to you first, there are exceptions eg if the item was glass and it has broken when it would be dangerous to send in the post.
But in similar occasions I normally just ask the buyer to email me a couple of pictures to confirm then i refund them.
Advice is voluntary.
