i got conned into paying for a iphone i saw on shpock by using refund a friends and family payment but it was a con and they was no phone.can i get my money back will never use friends and family paypal again payment

Your only hope is if you funded your paypal payment via a card, if so then contact your card issuer and see if they will initiate a chargeback for you.

Just some advice, as I've been buying from a site called Shpock
Most of the sellers on there are telling you to pay with family and friends.
So they can avoid the fees on Paypal.
DON'T DO IT! They take your money and nothing arrives.
It's happened to me and many others.
And you can't claim. The site itself doesn't want to know and Paypal can not help.
Protect your payments and refuse to use family and friends.

Actually if you funded that paypal payment via a credit card then you could still do a chargeback directly via your card issuer and as the SELLER would have 0 seller protection because they accepted a friends / family payment then you may get your refund.
