can anyone advise i sent aparcel to buyer but it went to a school in the same street ,school contacted me about item i contacted buyer who picked up parcel ,before this he contacted paypal saying he did not recive parcel .so paypal wanted my bank details i have asked buyer to contact paypal to end dispute up till today he has not .school can prove he picked it up what next i have been trying to get an email address for customer service but been unable to find it
To win an item not received dispute all you have to do is provide a tracking number to prove the item was delivered to the buyer, that is the only evidence paypal will accept.
