I contacted you to complaine about a company using your paypal for counterfeit dvds,you said if i send it back to the company i'll get my money back,ok that sounds good but why do i have to be out of pocket for the p&p.
Standard policy, although I understand if you file a police report for fraud [which you seem to sugget you have been the victim of] there are circumstances in which paypal will not ask you to return counterfet goods.
Fabulous1, if the item is confirmed counterfeit then you will not be asked to return it to the seller. So if you get a written document from an unbiased third party, who deals in this specific item, confirming it is counterfeit then we would ask you to destroy the item. Once you have confirmed the item has been destroyed then we would issue you with a refund.
