i have 382$ in my available balance from oct 28 2016 but cant withdraw as my acc was limited paypal told me it will be released after 6 months now as 6 months have been completed i have send 11 to 2 mails to paypal on this mail id
which i got after clicking on help and contact ...i haven't got a single reply from paypal
