faulty refurbished laptop

i purchased a "refurbished" laptop in December, it has been returned twice to the seller and it is still faulty, now the seller says he is having nothing more to do with it.  I have emails stating its been returned and messages from the seller saying what he has supposidly done to repair the problem. I opened a paypal claim in december but ebay has closed that claim as i sent it back for repair.

What do i do now to get it fixed or get my money back?

You say you opened a paypal dispute but ebay closed it, ebay would not close a paypal dispute only an ebay one.

So if it was an ebay one then >>

Try opening a paypal dispute for item received but not as described.

Put in what has happened and escalate the dispute to a claim.

Then wait for paypal to make their decision.
