I have a freelance engine website. Two types of users exist: freelancers and clients.
A client can post a project, pays for the project via paypal adaptive, then the freelancer will work on the project and will receive the money only upon project completion.
I want to ask what happens in case of dispute? Lets say the freelancer has done half of the work, and then the dispute arose. Is it possible that I (as the website admin) transfer half of the money to the freelancer and refund half of it to the employer?
