hi, so buyer (not ebay) wanted to pay through friends and family to save money? as hed done it many time before.

 i agreed as im new to that, so just before i sent the item he filed a claim saying his account had been hacked, thankfully i hadnt sent the item so he was refunded no problems.  he then contacted me to say his account was genuinly hacked and he still wanted the item, so again paid through friends and family i waited a few days to see if another claim came through which it didnt so i sent the goods.

 anyway 1 month later i recieve a claim on paypal from him again saying his account was hacked again, but paypal ruled this wasnt true, so no refund was given.

 as this was over a month afteri sent the item i no longer have the tracking info as i didnt think i would need it.  i am now receiveing threatning emails from this person saying he will contact the police and again paypal unless i refund his money immediatly...

    what can i do here?

@sbme

He must have filed a paypal dispute and then a dispute directly via his credit card company.

He can no longer open anymore disputes for that transaction so ignore him.

But do not accept money via family / friends if you are selling as you may get your account limited.
