Unable to compose a message in the message centre and cancel a pending payment

On December 24th i made an order but for some reason it didn't go through on the website but on paypal and thus it has the pending status. after talking with the merchant i made the same order again and this time all went well. the status is completed on paypal. I'm trying to cancel the pending transaction on the 24th but have no option to do so. secondly when attempts are made to message paypal through the message centre; the loading icon just keeps spining with no oppotunity given to me to type and send my messsage. Please help!

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment. However the money would be pending in your funding source ie bank account / card, so if you contact them and state the funds will not be required they should be able to release them back to your available balance again.

Thanks. Secondly why am i unable to compose a message to send to paypal. When i click message centre then compose.....it loads and never opens for me to type. Instead i get logged out automatically
