Tracking info

I have opened a dispute on ebay and the seller claims the tracking info on paypal says it's been delivered. I can't see anything about tracking on the payment. Am I missing something?

Let me explain, a seller has an option to add tracking information to a PayPal transaction details, however you won’t see the details. However you can ask the seller to provide the tracking number.

Please remember that your dispute will close automatically after 20 days since the creation date if you won’t escalate it to a claim. If you haven’t received the item yet and your dispute is about to get closed, please escalate it to a claim – here’s how: http://ow.ly/VP1EK.
