Like many others, we have not been able to claim the Steam offer of £5 off a £20 spend. It comes up saying I am not eligible and thanks me for being a loyal customer, which then redirects me back to the other offers. I have read the T&C's and I am eligible for it. Anyone know what needs to happen?
It sounds like it isn't automatically applied either after checkout.
