Scammed via China

As soon as I realised what happened, I contacted PayPal. The CS personnel I spoke to assured me this was not a problem and opened the case, etc. I have just discovered that the case was automatically closed after 20 days - and I don't see the return of my money.

Since CS are now closed, can anyone please shed a light on this matter? Thanking you in advance ...

You had up to 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim to get your refund so why did you let it time out?

The advisor did not tell me I had to do anything else. He wrote it down as not received and I followed it up with refund required. I had no idea there was anything else to do???
