Returns i have been trying to contact seller for returns t and c say uk 14 days but am getting no reponse i try a dispute report a problem but can not do as i cant find the right page to do this

Click on the transaction in your Paypal account and the 'report a problem'  option to open a dispute is at the bottom of that details page.
