I need 59 chargebacks reversed.
I am the buyer. I need to get these people's money back to them that I sent.
The credit card company has agreed and reinstated the cash and approved for the charges to be paid.
I do NOT have time to file Affidavits.
What my credit card company said: The money is avaliable for the chargeback people, they just have to reclaim their money 'from PayPal themselves.'
I need any help I can get, as I need these peoples money back as SOON AS POSSIBLE.
My deadline to get it back is Tuesday. 3/21/17

How do they 'reclaim their money from paypal themselves'?
Most of them have filed for a dispute.
Do they themselves have to call PayPal and get it that way??
I need any help I can get!!
