Problem in receipt of money

Whenever I want to receive money from someone I fail to send it to me.
I do not know why my account does not receive the knowledge that he was working in the past and receive money and everything

Different PayPal Accounts have different restrictions depending on the country your PayPal Account is registered in. The country restrictions can also change so if you were able to receive money in the past, this may have changed recently. Without knowing the country your account is registered in it is hard to define an answer for you. I suggest reaching out to us on Facebook or Twitter and we can look into this for you.
