I have a problem received email confirmation of payment so I sent the item but now there is nothing in my account

Hi there Kokaim,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

When you received this email, were you advised to post the item out before receiving the funds to your PayPal account? I would advise that you only post the item once you can see that you have received funds to your PayPal balance.

 

Even if you had received a payment and we had placed the funds on hold, you would still see the transaction in your PayPal account. If you don't see the payment, you should try contacting your buyer directly and let them know that your not posting the item until you can see the funds.
