Non US Verified And Other Concerns

 Hey All,

So I have sold a website and the seller has paid $149. He has then conducted a reversal and taken the money back before paying again. So I have $149 back in my account.

He has no address on PayPal and his PayPal email address no longer works, he has emailed me a new one.

I have some concerns before starting this transfer- am I covered if this goes wrong and should I be concerned?

As for non-us verified then that is fine as both you and I if were are both in the UK are non-us verified. Thats because we are NOT in the U.S but we are verified.

If it was non-us UNverified it would be a concern.

However as to the risk of your transaction you would have 0 seller protection for virtual transactions, so if you have any concerns and can't afford to lose that amount of money then think carefully about going ahead.
