Negative balance and harassment.

So, i've got a negative balance on my account, which i'm totally aware of.
Paypal contacted me last week at home during the week of 15th January 2018. I They explained the situation, I gave them a date which i would process payment of. (I set the date to 8th February 2018). During that call last week, they also asked me if the home number was the best to contact me on, i stated that it wasn't and gave them my mobile number. I asked them not to contact my house.
So today, whilst I was busy, they phoned me, at home, AGAIN!
The last time i checked it wasn't 8th February. Why are they contacting me on a number i specifically asked them not to contact me on about an issue which I have already discussed with them.
This is getting frankly ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced any issues similar to this? Best thing to do, going forward?

To be fair as you owe them money I guess how often they phone you is up to them rather than you dictating when you will clear the debt?
Also if your landline number is on your paypal account then they are entitled to use it?
