I made payment for a samsung galaxy s4 but this wasnt through ebay....as the seller gave me an offer and then sent me an invoice through paypal....i sent the payment last saturday and i have not recieved the item yet....i tried to open a dispute in paypal but paypal will not let me do this and says to work it out with the seller as it says that payment was not sent for a good or service....i contacted the seller but no reply.....i need help 😞
