I get refund from the ebay 639 pounds, and i try to transfer it to my bank account. And the same day, one buyer from ebay open a case against me. And paypal block the 639 pounds transaction. And holding 1700 USD from my account. And more mone come to my paypla, they keep it as well.
But the case just open, and my transfer was placed before the case open, how can they do that. Is it the normal case???? Thx
