How and where do I send supporting documents like photos and email messages, to support my dispute/claim?

You don't, you can put as many messages on the dispute until escalated to a claim.

After that paypal will ask you if they need anymore info from you.

Sorry can't add anything more than my previous post.

If its an item you sold that the buyer was saying was misdescribed then normally they would find in favour of the buyer BUT the buyer would have to return the item back to you trackable to prove delivery of the item before you have to refund them.

If its an item you bought then the same thing is likely to happen ie return item at your own expense.
