Dispute without account

Hey! I've purchased software that doesn't do what it's supposed to do and noone answers my emails/tickets. The product is described with "60-days money-back guarantee". I've payed without my account in paypal. I have the receipt. The support of paypal is very slow to answer and I think it's just a robot that insist I go to my transactions and dispute it from there...but I payed without account. How do I dispute without having an acc ?

If you paid as a guest payer then you can phone customer services and they will open one for you.
