Deduction from credit card not on Paypal statement

I have a deduction for £18.39 taken on 12 Dec with a Paypal reference but can't find anything on my paypal account to identify what this is for. I can't work out how to contact paypal to dispute this as I've tried twice and they've just said it's not unauthorised!

I'm not saying it's unauthorised, just trying to find out what it is as it's not on here or any emails...

Any help would be very gratefully received!
