I wish to close down my account with Pay pal how can I do this.
I have used PayPal for a number of years and lately made two claims, which have not been successful. I feel pay pal have just gone through a procedure and I have not had any support from them. I have sent emails to the suppliers and after I managed to bring to the notice of one supplier did I receive my item. Pay pal had looked into it and their answer was that the supplier had sent it so the case was closed. I feel I wasn't believed after spending over £100 and asking for the item £25 that I hadn't received to be sent to me. The other subscription was the same, I was just not believe or understood.
