I paid 100 to a girl on Let go App. Now 14 daus later she will not respond back to me so I can get my items. The transaction has already processed

You shouldn't really use paypal for a 'collection' transaction as you would have no buyer protection.

Best to pay cash on collection once you have seen the item.

However you can file a dispute for non receipt of item via the 'resolve a problem' link lower left of your paypal summary page and then escalate to a claim and see if paypal can help you.
