I had a faultless set of positive reviews. I was then left an awful feedback review. I was on holiday and had no way to reply. I resent that my 'right' to appeal timed out., so i am left with this really negative review ,which really frustrates me as I have been an excellent ebayer. Can I do anything about this? Does one awful review amongst hundreds of great reviews sort of expose the person who left the negative review? I think so , but would like it expunged. I haven't used eBay hardly at all since then (A few years) how and to whom can i express my frustration to @ EBay UK?

Thanks yes, just being resentful that I had seemingly no option to respond to a vindictive person

This has nothing to do with Paypal.
You would need to ask Ebay to appeal any neg feedback.
Personally I think x1 red dot on a website is not going to put off any buyers and is not worth bothering about.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
