i never had a problem before, but Paypal needs to do a better job...
i've sold tickets on ebay before and never had a problem... but now this...
i sold tickets, and the buyer claimed with his credit card... paypal did a chargeback and took the money out of my account. so out of everyone involved, only i am the one that gets burnt. i'm out money, paypal and auction fees, and my game tickets.... wtf? does anyone have any information on how to sue paypal?
what also stinks, is that i have been trying to contact the buyer. instead of giving me some time, i get a call and paypal sent me to collections for the negative balance on the chargeback? wtf? this is ridiculous. if it even hits my credit report, i will have some attorneys contacting paypal.
