1. I sent an automatic payment to FileServe. $9.99 USD

2. and I canceled the automatic payment after I sent the money to fileserve 2~3 days.

3. can't I get my $9.99 USD back or the premium account back ?

I canceled the automatic payment of fileserve but why don't the paypal give me 9.99 USD back ? or why don't they change my account to premium account. ? my fileserve account is still free account.

give me my 9.99 USD back ! what the heck is automatic payment ? I am living in the best and fastest internet country. if it was my country, no one can take my money automatically like that. it is not legal.

and I want to know that the paypal gave me my 9.99 USD back or not. plz don't steal my money like that.. the automatic payment is the worst thing of paypal.

I did the same,I pay 9.99 for 1 month and cancelled the automatic payments but my account still as a free account.

I sent them a e-mail but they don't answer and i opened a case.Now let's see what will happen.

Dont ever use Fileserve again.With paypal you can cancel their fradulent automatic recurring fees scam but if you use a regular credit card your **bleep**ed.I contaced fileserve a total of 15 times via their Contact Us button and demanded they cancel the monthly recurring account.Not once did they respond and they never will.I had to contact my bank and get a new card as well as file a fraud claim to get my money back.They list no phone number or any other contact information and there is no way at all to cancel it through their website.This is very bad business practice and what fileserve is doing is criminal.Be warned.
